We Make Paying Your Rent Easy

Rent is due the 1st of every month. If we receive your rent after the 3rd of the month, it is considered late. Please see your lease for late fees. We accept checks or money orders. NO CASH. We do not have a drop box available. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm for you to drop off your rent. If you are not able to come in during office hours, please contact us so that we can speak with you regarding your specific situation. If the 1st of the month is on a Friday we do require your rent be paid by 5pm on the 1st. It is considered late if we receive it Monday the 4th.
