Pets & Pets Policies

We love our pets here at Town Square Property Management! We do have a few rules we ask you to stick to when you bring your family pet into your new home.

We leave the acceptance of pets up to each of our individual owners. Many of our properties do accept pets with certain stipulations.

A $350.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet is required.

Unfortunately we can not allow. We are willing to make reasonable accommodations for service animals.

• Doberman Pinchers
• Pit Bulls
• Great Danes
• Chows
• American Bulldogs
• Or any mix thereof

Please keep in mind we will require detailed information and a picture of your pet. A Pet Agreement will need to be signed along with your Lease Agreement. Only pets listed on the Pet Agreement will be allowed at the Property. Please keep in mind that as a tenant you are responsible for any damage caused by your pet or pets. This includes damage to property or yard and exterminating.
